Step 8: Implementation and Training

System Implementation consists of installing and integrating the system into operation, and training users and support personnel.

Originator: The Contractor and/or client.

Deliverables:

• Implementation Plan document (template). The Implementation Plan should include revised UML Deployment Diagrams.
• Trained users and support personnel.
• Successful implementation.

Components/Steps:

1. Determine Resource Requirements (Hardware, Software, and Personnel)

2. Create Schedule

3. Acquire Resources (optional)

4. Conduct Training

5. Implement
