  • Recruited, hired, and managed high-level software engineers and managed teams of 12 to 30 people. Negotiated and finalized agreements with subcontractors. Developed and regularly presented detailed Microsoft Project plans and reports.
  • Directed a six-member development and business analyst team at First Bank Systems to create a solution for ATM deposit processing. Coordinated with developers and all customer departments, directed tests, analysis, and creation of a Statement of Work in a turnaround time of 30 days resulting in a three-site, $5.5 million order from the customer.
