System Implementation consists of installing and integrating the system into operation, and training users and support personnel. Communication is just as important in this step as any other.
Originator: The Contractor and/or client.
Deliverables:
- Implementation Plan document (template). The Implementation Plan should include revised UML Deployment Diagrams.
- Trained users and support personnel.
- Successful implementation.
